Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you cannot make an appointment, you must notify Shelisa via phone, text  or email, 24 hours before appointment time to avoid a 100% charge of your service ticket price. If you no-show for your appointment, and do not call or email Shelisa, you will be charged 100% of your service price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, a $20 fee will be applied during check out. Price and services subject to change.
